ah yesterday npcc had first rounds of interviews which doesnt include me. dinner then home loh. saw malina at potong pasir mrt! haha.. yes again, we should go out.
today woke at 11.. went to SICC Swimming Charity thingo. ><>< (remaining 129). erm boring cuz it was raining.
i got dropped at j8 to go home myself where shayi was buying present for gerald haha. walked around loh. reached home and then slept for a while..

a post! wow.
ahhhh. lol quite long nv update =p
hmm monday had chem did titration i think. its fun i did four readings rofl. and i think my results were exactly the same or 0.1 cm3 off leh! =) so pro yay. haha.. re was usual slack stuff loh. had cca meeting after sch to discuss hierachy but it was postponed. therefore interviews on wed and fri are also postponed to this fri and next wed yep. it seems very rushed.. the way we are going to take over. i dunno.
well tues chi was zuowen on the topic of love hahaha. well we couldnt finish it in class loh. english was observation for ms kuo! ms aruna johnson and mrs tan siok mui came.. we looked the speeches our schoolmates wrote and discussed them loh. there was the issue about originality contributing to credibility as some ppl just copied the structure of the speeches we've been studying this semester like the king's and mark anthony's speech. yea
wed yesterday was ri lecture. its an annual event where we spend one day listening to ex-rafflesians in the government make speeches related to the country. its basically part of the national education prog la. senior minister goh chok tong started it in 2000 so yea. this year mr bilahari kausikan a diplomat came to talk about the survival of a small state. hes some second permanent secretary with the ministry of foreign affairs. his speech was quite okay. but the questions ppl asked were really not okay. nvm.. haha
after the ri lecture we had two extra lessons requested by our teachers >< maths + english. maths went through single sum tvm and he gave back our r/f assignment + linear law quiz. hmm r/f quiz next week. well english was speeches by a few ppl. juanhe so pro haha! switch off the lights and walk around classroom talking abt hypocrisy yea. haha i dunno why but that lesson was rather heavy on discussions between us and her about hypocrisy first and some other stuff la.
after np yesterday only seth and i ate dinner. everyone went home to mug for chinese test >< and we submitted our interview forms for np.
today chi test was okayyy. relatively easy paper but couldnt finish. as usual im not going to do well lah. haha yea. ss was switzerland's multicultural stuff. maths was another observation period by mrs tan siok mui + ms jasmine chong head of maths. haha mr fong gelled his hair =p must tell him not to be so nervous. haha i overheard them saying "hes quite good".. ah then during english the teachers were saying "sakhar was good" =) okay chinese was going through new ke. then we had july birthday celebrations! our class rocks. every month also have. so this month got juanhe, gerald, alan and i. but alan not in sch! so sad.. yea.. and lit was speeches too + a small discussion before the lesson about how popiah, kueh tutu and the like tend towards equilibrium (soggy popiah or cold hard kueh tutu) and its interesting how they are enjoyed only when in disequilibrium (hot) >< bahness.

Saturday Break
ytd's training was no way a games day training. wtfong.
we were slacking around the rope area for the obstacle course and everyone climbed to the top. had cheers. and concurrently we took turns to take the sec2 squad for drills. this lasted for the whole training so we couldnt have pt =( next week tho.
played bball until 8+ then dinner at s11 and home.
was very tired last night haha. i woke at 1+ today yay. my sleep was nice. i had this incredible surreal dream but i shall keep it to myself =p
hmm i read the papers while lunching just now and after that a few more pages of macbeth. im left with one more act and scene. im reading harold's bloom edited version without any annotations or the like and so im relying on my own understanding and guesses to get through the book. shakepearean lang >< this is good practice but i need to verify with something to check myself bah. andd im starting to think that macbeth is not tragic enough! =p immune to it after half a year of tragedy? rofl. desensitised ah. or maybe its too predictable because i know its a tragedy. i wanna read crucible.
hmmm reading portfolio + chi proj + chi test + chem test next week. using macbeth for erp. and i have to use it for crp for lit too. its horribly overdue. 1 month leh. >< my eng proj proposal is 2 months overdue oh no. andand theres RE!! shittified.
like i was enjoying myself when i woke up feeling refreshed from the sleep and now i have to think of the work. bah.

Racial Harmoney Day
July 21 Racial Harmony Day and gabriel's birthday! boring programme in the morning that took away maths period =( stupid speeches of "personal experiences" quiz was sleepworthy material. and they made us stand while they read some funky Declaration of Religious Harmony off the screen? halllooo?? and they showed irrelevant video clips. tsunami is so yesterday. we've watched that clip million of times alr. and they actually had problems with sound when playing it and we had to wait -.- i would rather have the idiotic sound off. andd why in the world did they had the spotlight on on the screen. it freaking makes everything unreadable. and they had to switch it on and off and on and off alamak.
back to class. slacked before next period philo. we're still on the topic of reality. i dunno getting quite unbearable alr since we repeat the same stuff every lesson. next lesson new topic yay: language.

then after physics and during recess the few of us were split on a question in the exercise of the previous topic vector diagrams. bunch of us went to find her outside the staffroom. she has so many handphones aiyo. one for sms, one for calls and i think she has one more ><
ah next was chinese. we went through some of the 6 model essays she gave us on the topic of oh so powerful love. like two were on family love, then friendship, bgr love, etc. these topics makes chinese texts much more readable and understandable for me! =p well we have to write a zuo wen topic love on monday so ya.
cle (character and leadership education) was cj lao shi (chem teacherr and class ft). talked about william tan and his ego + blogging.

it was raining this morning and the rain stopped and ri's weatherman predicted that no the rain was not going to start again and so we have to go for assembly.
we had physics. new topic. back to the 3 laws of newton.
hmm chi was spent copying out answers for a worksheet. no comment.
bio was quite cool. today was the parts of the heart. and we watched an actual heart surgery. i cant believe how these ppl can actually manage to keep their hands steady. the surgeon was like pointing at the various blood vessels after they cut the guy up and pried his body open to reveal the heart. just there. the camera stayed on it as the guy was commentating ><>< oh man cant stand it. the heart looked like a big bag of nonsense. if im not wrong it was yellow? dunno. ahh how can ah.
then recess was watching ppl play bball.
chem did titration again. quite fun haha. i think my values shouldd be correct la. lol. bought the rated (artistic) mag from the rj guy. mr tan's old student came to sell. i think it should readable. articles on gender stereotypes, gender barrier and the change campuses. it seems the first two topics are popular with the student population blah. but i skimmed through and they seemed pretty standard stuff. oh well. it was selling for $1.
maths was financial math again. the advanced module is funner and easier than our normal topics >< or maybe its because i don't bother to listen hmmm. but its definitely more practical! learning to watch your money grow is an important lifeskill k. i dunno but we seem to be bugging raymond fong to teach differentiation every new topic. it must be important to be so applicable everywhere then. next year's syllabus hmm.
after lunch last period english. went through article. watched hotel rwanda. the depictions of the horror were a torture to watch. its so inhumane and impossible. how can any genocide even take place? and then after it happens theres always without fail so much talk about why didn't the international bodies take action. why didn't this people do this. powerful words can kill. socrates's condemning view of rhetoric is justified.
went home with josh and seth.. and i sat next to this old man. i was sleeping for the entire duration of the journey and when i woke up at the bus interchange. he took me by surprise when he asked whether i was having my exams. i nodded in the moment of confusion and he started telling me to go home and rest, take a cold bath and "mug" (wow he used this word) at night and sleep, and wake up in the morning and revise. rofl. i think he asked me to take alternate hot and cold bath? ><" doesnt that cause you to have fevers? okayyyyyyyyy. i was like erm thank you. lol.
i went home and i died on the bed after reading the first act of macbeth. my lit essay is horribly overdue. lucky ppl like daryl have not done theirs too or ill be embarrassed to death! i need to get started sigh.
lit file is due tmr. chi file due friday. english speech due friday. english portfolio next week. chi project next week. and many many other misc wkshts + overdue hw.
but its quite cool. next wed (week 5) is ri lecture. the whole sch gets to listen to this bigshot talking for the whole day so theres no lessons =)
week 6 august 1 monday headmaster just announced a day off yay. for good results in competitions etc. + an unofficial reason that william tan's attempt to break the gwr will be on 30 and 31 july so its sorta a makeup for our weekend.
then week 7 theres national day so its 1 day for celebrations, 1 public holiday, 1 sch holiday. + 2 days off for english festival! wow. the whole week is gone. i love this. no lessons for 9 days inc the 2 weekends flanking the school week. but the advanced geog ppl have to go for some weather thingo to see the experts on friday evening. doesnt spoil the mood tho.
and week 8 we're going off to malaysia! hoho. whole ge batch to kl and ipoh =)
hurray! but i bet before all the holidays the teachers are going to kill us with all the assignments and quizzes. bad bad.

My Birth Day
lets talk about wad happened on 16th July! ^^
i woke late. weiren woke me up with his call which i sadly din return. bing called soonafter and i rushed to school to deliver the printed stuff that they needed to put up on the board. i was lt assistant which was quite flexible la. walk here walk there anywhere i want. moving usher rofl. oh well. the npcc booth was quite small loh. >< ahh ya not many parents visiting anw. i took the rjc bus tour leh!! hehe. bing and aaron were conducting. then the sec2s road marshalling look like so cham. but then they were so __. bah. nvm. i went to buy lunch for everyone and then seth left so early =(
haha i read hp6 first two chapters behind the ncc booth. borrowed jeremy's book for a while.. mine was delivered to my house after i left yea. hmmm we cleared up and moved stuff back to the co room.. open house hmmmmmm not very exciting.
oh yea i must say.. all the smses and calls (got from overseas somemore) made my day =)) ty everyone yay haha.. happy birthday to me whee. well shayi, josh and marc bought me piglet! haha.. thanks thanks. well we went to macs (hoho) to eat. zhiyang, marc, josh, shayi, me. bing and aaron left for something. well ali joined us a while later. yongzhi smsed me asking if i was free for dinner but =( hmmm now seems a good time for us to meet up again!
and after tt the bunch of us were standing around talking and doing nth before we decided to sit at delifrance to talk.. oh and josh left us before that =( >< then ocj came! he so kind offered to buy drinks for us.. my form teacher2 and a chem teacher but he doesnt teach me. well we declined, he spends too much money on his students! then he bought me a fruit tart as a bday present leh! haha. well we were talking about harry potter and suddenly i got excited and wanted to read the book hahaha.
marc's mother apparently was waiting for a every long time alr (1o missed calls and a 1 very angry one) so we left yep. potong pasir mrt. to sengkang. went to lib with shayi. he was reading crucible cuz he needed to return on that day. then like they announced lib closing in 30 min. then 15 min. then we went to borrow. i got 2 books. hmm. then he and his rotiboy. then home loh
ah went home to cut my cake! =) yay took pics and more presents! haha.. funfunfun.
well i went to the com and started reading halfbloodprince loh. shayi was reading online lol. some idiots from godknowswhere typed the entire book out! with a few funny mistakes here and there of course. yea and i went to sleep on the sofa when i couldnt tahan any longer >< left the com on and all the hanging convos.. bad me. i woke 10+ in the morn and read the rest of the book yep.
welllll. its draggy at most parts. half the book and u wun find that u know much about the halfbloodprince. lots of exposition. felt so blah. then the end part like a little rushed ya. but well it was okay i guess. but the book wasnt very exciting overall. it did give more info. but it felt like a fanfic sometimes i dunno why. there were mistakes in the book k. like missing words and stuff. sigh. the whole book wasnt really an adventure. k it was not. it just sets the stage for the last book. well i guessed she did have no choice maybe. but i expected more from the penultimate book when the title was so coolio and with the first two chapters being so fun as well. the middle was all the boring parts. well it was obvious that snape would kill dumbledore in the end. so yea. well but i still look forward to the last. i think from this book, we can safely say that hp7 is gonna be one helluva actionpacked book.
so, my birthday was not so bad. thats a good thing. well im still behind the schedule for my homework. thats a bad thing. so i conclude that life has good things and bad things. hohohohoho..
oh yes. my mother was lamenting when she saw the cute pink piglet (winnethepooh) that i brought home. she was going "why????" ROFL.
i woke late. weiren woke me up with his call which i sadly din return. bing called soonafter and i rushed to school to deliver the printed stuff that they needed to put up on the board. i was lt assistant which was quite flexible la. walk here walk there anywhere i want. moving usher rofl. oh well. the npcc booth was quite small loh. >< ahh ya not many parents visiting anw. i took the rjc bus tour leh!! hehe. bing and aaron were conducting. then the sec2s road marshalling look like so cham. but then they were so __. bah. nvm. i went to buy lunch for everyone and then seth left so early =(
haha i read hp6 first two chapters behind the ncc booth. borrowed jeremy's book for a while.. mine was delivered to my house after i left yea. hmmm we cleared up and moved stuff back to the co room.. open house hmmmmmm not very exciting.
oh yea i must say.. all the smses and calls (got from overseas somemore) made my day =)) ty everyone yay haha.. happy birthday to me whee. well shayi, josh and marc bought me piglet! haha.. thanks thanks. well we went to macs (hoho) to eat. zhiyang, marc, josh, shayi, me. bing and aaron left for something. well ali joined us a while later. yongzhi smsed me asking if i was free for dinner but =( hmmm now seems a good time for us to meet up again!
and after tt the bunch of us were standing around talking and doing nth before we decided to sit at delifrance to talk.. oh and josh left us before that =( >< then ocj came! he so kind offered to buy drinks for us.. my form teacher2 and a chem teacher but he doesnt teach me. well we declined, he spends too much money on his students! then he bought me a fruit tart as a bday present leh! haha. well we were talking about harry potter and suddenly i got excited and wanted to read the book hahaha.
marc's mother apparently was waiting for a every long time alr (1o missed calls and a 1 very angry one) so we left yep. potong pasir mrt. to sengkang. went to lib with shayi. he was reading crucible cuz he needed to return on that day. then like they announced lib closing in 30 min. then 15 min. then we went to borrow. i got 2 books. hmm. then he and his rotiboy. then home loh

Haha. im officially 15 =)
hm its 1+ now and i was born at 1+am too! yay =))
thanks to everyone who wished/are going to wish me rofl.
well okay. today's trainings was quite fun.. we were taking the sec2s for drills and sec1s for campcraft. haha commanding is funfun. yep. so sad we cant take the sec2s for pt. oh well.
after training went to ljs to eat haha. then walk walk walk around old boring j8 for joshtan and shayi to get my birthday present >< is marc going to give a hongbao? ohnoes.. alamak so paiseh suddenly so many ppl give me presents. but theyre nice! =p haha then stone at popular and sembawang until 9.45 for marc's mother to send us to potong pasir mrt yay. haha.
ah. couldnt get more ppl to go for open house tmr. our bloody booth so small. then by the time i reached home just now ppl alr go to bed liao. how u expect me to call then bahh.
haha tmr harry potter 6 gonna be released. coolio. i dunno when ill have the time to read it from cover to cover tho. my father preordered for me.

CPL --> SGT
hoho. im a SGT now k. bow down to me. whee.
as i was and always am right, marc see was the top scorer of the day with 87% hoho. yay congrats rofl. hmmm promotion test ah. we had uniform inspection. i kenna minus two marks for fidgeting. not my fault loh my back pain. or else 21/20 lohh. then i think my campcraft/first aid questions got 4/5. hmmm drills. footdrills was so so for me. rifle drills was shitty for everyone. my hormat was horrible >< ahh commanding was the most powerful. nvm i dun wanna say. i was basically laughing my way through. PT okay la. first round shouldnt have chionged. pullup disaster sia. obstacles course then end yay. so well i passed whee. haha.
haha neville very nice treat the quiz team + baiting + gerald leh. cafe cartel wor. phallic sausages and lamps >< we sat in the round sofa thingy. haha. i think that meal + milkshake ruined my stomach. went home on 156 with yuhui after tt.
i slept 3 hours last night from 1 to 4. and woke to print notes for lit rofl. which i din read in the end. oh well. sigh i need sleep badly. i came home just now and died on the sofa.
today was so so again. i was lucky i din end up shitting during the lit essay in class.
hmm im doing bio report now. tmr bio and maths quiz aiyo. need to get back calculater + pe shorts from gab ling bah. oh and CCA tmr. my stomach area feels ravaged. =( hope tmr pt doesnt involve running.

just came home from school.... after a haircut by a noob. the person was holding the shaver with both hands and like dun dare to cut or sth >< i think i din cut my hair short enough. but then i always dun say anything when i cut. hmm.
i need to return library books. rofl. argh theyre terribly overdue. like more than one week liao sigh.
today usual sch day loh. morn came school. then chi, physics. bio was coolio. SPA. i think labwork is fun! haha. yea then chem and eng loh. got back comprehension. shayi and seth get so high leh. cheaters! boooo. aha. Ms. Kuo was her usual self lah. dunno.
kbh apparently din go for judo finals rofl. so we had lit but daryl was not there and auyong couldnt present without him. bah. Ms. Kuo was sitting in during the whole lesson >< she was like writing stuff and notes on some piece of paper lah. today talked about the American Dream loh. he split us into groups then when it was my turn to talk i somehow couldnt express wad i wanted to say. hm. so ya who cares. thurs theres the irritating inhouse assignment aka essayinclass aka testandincludedinCA aka needtostudy aka gonnafail. hmm im not very comfortable with of mice and men.

london got it. it was somewhat what i wanted. hm the bombs. it's saddening. but im sure they'll pull through.

today im celebrating birthday with sis. her birthdays tmr. mines 16 =) well im not in the mood to btw.

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone. I know that 2nd wasnt very great but we did have a good time. I couldnt believe that we went through all 30 questions so fast in the last round. I wanted more.

FYI
hm i went to east coast (yes, again) with sujun, steffi and changrong onnn sunday yea. sat was cr's birthday la. so i arrived late grandly tho i live the nearest. like <5min>< after getting confused about the meeting place somemore =p
basically we din spend a lot of time there la. 3-4 hours+ ate. cycled. go jetty. swim in sea. damn fun la push them into the water. so scared for wad. lalala. aiyo not fun de u ppl. ahaha but the water was damn salty la
hm basically we realised we wasted so much time playing tt we had to rush back to return the bikes on time. 2 hours. buy1get1free. 3 to 5pm. then there was this blue shirt guy rollerblading wanna race with me. then chiong so fast go in front and then stone there wads the point. loser. =p boo.
we had alr cleaned up before returning the bikes. i changed my shirt only loh. then we walk and walk then take 76. on the bus took pictures haha. nth to do la hor. i alighted first la. go to my cousin's house.. ok la. quite fun day i guess.. going to the beach is always fun haha..
sho monday ytd was spend entirely on preparation for quiz comp la. go gerald's house with bing and yuhui and just mug at the clubhouse. + questions from gerald and lotsa sec4s. hmm ate those fried beancurd with soy sauce after that. quite nice =) yum. then 156 and mrt home with yuhui. good that all of us take the same route home. hmm youth day gone like tt sad case.
today is tuesday hoho. nth happened. stayed back for quiz again 4P and then 4Q. current affairs day. yea. yuhui din come he has manymany tests tmr haha. then ljs with bing and then 53 and mrt home. yep. btw i live in hougang haha.
so i reached home and i erm did ss and nothing else? but i dunno why its 2am alr =(( oh yea i found and organised more info for my National Education Notes for the quiz. whee. how wonderful. sigh. its on fri 8 july at nanyang. afternoon. wish us luck! oh ya jolenes taking part in the interunit quiz finals too hohoho. will be able to see her there. hahhah. hope u dun find me nerdier. tsk and the venue is ur own sch loh. u better not win.
