mmm so sunday celebrated my father's birthday.. and i finished my chinese assignment amazingly.

yesterday? quite normal day. we went to the post office in serangoon central to post our RE report to sembawang shipyard for the greenwave comp lol. fun outing. ate lunch there too loh.

came back 3+ for cca meeting with sec4s. i thought that more sec4s would have turned up but this was not the case apparently. oh well.

aaron, seth, zhiyang went to pastamania first and me and bing went to meet up with them. weird stuff lah. =S

then bing and aaron went to cut their hair.

haha seth and i got jacked when we went to deliver the kayaking forms to pasir ris sea sports club at pasir ris park. we went at 7 but they closed at 6 ><

lol nvm! we hanged around for a while. and i climbed my spiderweb thingo for the first time in years!!! you know you know that fun fun red spiderweb in the big playground. used to go to east coast and pasir ris park quite often with family when i was younger and i always liked climbing that whee. haha and i did yesterday! reached the top k. rofl. its so much easier now.

well reached home and slacked.


today was doing maths assignment before flag raising. shayi pon school leh! tsK. go mouse comp. leave me so lonely.. =( lol. pe was napfa retest and the rest of us played floorball against 3Q whee. me seth liqian weiren benjamin and later weizhi played against guanyu zhiwen youkai marc and yixiang. argh they so pro. okay no is we lousy. okay no is me lousy. >< i let in four goals erm quite stupidly. so embarrassing!

bio free period. an ex-rg gal came in though. shes studying medicine in UK now and shes back from holiday. sounds coolio. well i finished my maths assignment in this period and was just slacking. haha hweeleong koay and i want to do nothing and earn money in the future! $.$! hweeleong has an elaborate plan already. ahahaaha.

maths was first trigo lesson. i got 3/15 for r/f test! *beams* a whooping 20%! ahaaaa. im the best lah. well mr fong went through the worksheet but i think everyone knew what he was talking about already la..

geog did more hurricanes. quite okay la today. well the term test is only going to be on coastal studies.

lit had more presentations and we finally finished watched of mice and men's film adaptation.

k back. oh yea tentatively we're going to malaysia from 28 to 31 this month =) its earlier than what i expected. yay the teachers so good. well tt means we'll be missing teacher's day's celebrations and i cant go back to zps.

well yea after school i went to pasir ris again. but this time with my mother and the car haha. well had to call a few people to clarify some stuff in their forms only.

well today towned for a while. went to collect the sec4s' farewell gifts and met up with my grandmother, grandaunt, granduncle, mother, sister, aunt and cousin at paragon. so many many peoples!

14 aug my father's birthday =) we're gonna celebrate it with all our visiting relatives from brunei. i got his gift last month haha so i just wrapped it up yesterday.

oo and my sister went to the national library today and she says it's fun! haha. i wanna go too.

i came home, bathed, ate and fell promptly onto my bed. mmmmm in the land of the blue watermelon and purple water until 6.06 am. first time in months i woke upon hearing the first few rings of my alarm clock haha. ive been such a dead log. well so i packed my bag and np uniform and left for school..

well anyway the day before we had the first day of the GE english festival. we were supposed to choose 2 out of 4 movies to watch and do a film review on 1. i watched Life is Beautiful and Pleasantville. The former is italian and is real touching and the latter is coolio and features a young tobey mcguire haha. well i think the films did change my perspective on certain things! like what mr koh said they'd do (oh no) haha. hmm they didn't actually not really change my mindset. they just affected them and got me thinking lah. haha. they're not just entertaining flicks. and i think film-making is quite fun and cool too haha. maybe can try make my own film! whee.

well so today was the 2nd and last day of our english festival. we played scrabble for one hour whee. i was with marc+seth, shayi and gerald! haha fun stuff but should let us play longer!

yea and then had some thingo on elizabethan period. boring. alan had his fortune told by ms johnson! hahaa. apparently she used normal playing cards with some stuff behind them to indicate what they meant. mm she gave quite a general forecast lah.

after recess was more games. 5 games in total we had to choose 3 to play: charades, 20 questions, taboo, boogle, word worms. yep played 20 questions which was quite funky. supposed to ask 20 questions to guess a term lah. then played boogle for the last two 20min sessions. they gave us oreo and lollipops after the games! rofl.

mm after that we went the atrium for some performances which were not really interesting lah. kaiyang sang, he has quite a nice voice hoho. rj girls stopped to watch him loh haha. then there was this boring rock band too, and mr koh sang! lol. erm quite a few dramatisations which i didn't watch =p

well went to eat and then the BOMB came. i met mrs yak walking up to class and she said: "the malaysian trip's postponed!" BISH#()*@#$)%^*)$(@#)%(_@%)#$(*%^)#$(%*@#_%*.

went to play checkers with seth in 3M. josh was recording all the stuff donated that we would be bringing over to malaysia and yingbo was reading. upon hearing the news there was no need to record anymore and we moved the stuff to the ge room .-.

arghhh. stupid haze. why cannot go why cannot go grrr. like we didn't go to malaysia and changmai last year because of bird flu already and now this again. our batch is so lucky loh.

now this weekend we have to do work work work work work work work and work, theres no more break which we were soooo looking forward to. this is very demoralising man.

anyway training was passing out parade rehearsal. did drills drills and drills. they released next's year hierachy too. im H.O.T.! haha

marc just made me realise i'm actually quite a piece of angsty shithead that yearns for attention like i can't live without it, this description is somewhat applicable to me sometimes mmm. good/bad?

i think my chinese is really embarrassing lah. my 文学作品赏析 no hope liao. i just can't express myself coherently in chinese. lack of vocab etc. =( i'm doing on 青春 by 郑单衣.. he's quite a cool guy. well the computer i'm using now can't read chinese on the internet apparently so i have to save websites into a floppy and bring it to the computer which doesn't have internet access but can view how 麻烦..

then i still have zero words now loh. some ppl like goh shih ee have 1500 and completed it.

i fell asleep on the sofa in front of the laptop yesterday >< sad case.. well failed to do any work yesterday. woke up today at 1. ate and slacked around, watched tv.. and did a logo + a letterhead for my father =) :

sometimes, i wonder if i actually leave impressions on people. as in, would it make a difference whether i'm here or not? do i make a difference to anyone's life besides my family? or am i just there there. do people care whether i'm around? who would cry for me if i'm gone?

i went to school in red and grey to celebrate national day whee. concert was so so. finale and buildup was crap. how can they screw up the song singing! like tts the most fun part of national day.. hahaa ><

mm then meeting for npcc nat event for a while with mr teo. we decided to explore the option of holding a jigsaw puzzle comp loh..

well then i took 156 to zhonghua, was talking to yuhui on the bus.. walked in with zhiquan into the school haha. saw mrs foo at the carpark and talked for a while. then tzehin came. haha we sneaked past the security guard and got scolded oops. he didnt want to let us in loh. well after that charmian came and then yongzhi. so we talked to mr liew and ms minnoli.. saw mrs tan and ms ong too but they were busy.. mr liew kept suanning me loh. talk cock with yongzhi and tzehin. well we ate lunch at serangoon central (zhiquan left early and charmian went home to change)..

then i met up with charmian again at mrt and we took the train to town to join eve, bong, meiching and meixuan.. slacked for a while. OH and we took neoprints. the thought of it is hilarious. rofl its damn moneywaster. but nvm. mm then slacked around cine.. saw this rather gay guy dancing parapara at the arcade erm yea. i saw this group of bishan park npcc ppl and sec 2 rinpcc ppl too..

well watched bewitched. felt quite slpy towards the end. hmm apparently the show makes ppl sleepy. well the storyline is quite predictable but watching nicole kidman as a witch is quite entertaining i guess.

well then meixuan and meiching went home while the rest of us went to bong's house for her to get money and shower aiyo. da xiao jie.

mm so we ate dinner/supper at serangoon gardens. yongzhi joined us too, after his soccer. went to eat beancurd at chompchomp and then buy junk at 7/11. hmm so we were talking all the way haha. well talking is nice.

charmian left first, sad. then the 3 of us decided to go the playground so we had to walk this long road all the way in. and suddenly it dawned on us the tt its the 7th lunar month and it was late, 11+. so it was dark and spookkky yea. rofl. mmmmm then we u-turned when we reached the park loh rofl. too darkk. haha we were trying to scare her on the way back too.

talked cock while sitting down near the roundabout. then took 136 home with yong after a while.

today quite a long and fun day la haha. the neoprints were spastic tho. haha.

heyo i cut my hair just now @ angmokio.then went to fareastplaza to eat with family.

was walking around alone there loh. interesting place. my mother's office used to be there when she was a tour agent. then ill be there very often and left to do my own things while she worked. i would walk around the place and i knew which shops were where haha. then there was the sunny bookshop which is still there where i rented books from. days of the animorphs man. but everything has changed of course. with all the new shops tt the place has. starbucks is gone and subway is there etc. all the hip shops loh. but the place still has some of the old in it and it feels nice to be back there =) the fountain is gone and theyre renovating! mmmhm.

came back home and slacked around as usual. going back to orchard tmr to settle the farewell gift thingo. was playing gb for the first time in a very long time haha. with sean (for a while) and marc.. no one plays anymore haha.. nows the age of the dota.

today started boringly. geog lesson was first at seminar room where we did a stupid crossword puzzle >< finding words related to hurricane erm whatever. then go com lab 3 watch video. she sat on the other side of the room so i was sleeping and hiding behind the coms yay. we were supposed to fill in the wksht while watching but tt obviously didnt happen for me so i had to copy nigel after it. yea waltzed back to class. was late for pe as usual.

incidentally we had to do 2.4.. so ppl were slacking loh. i need to train my 2.4 and my pullups leh. esp the latter. well after that we played 15 min of volleyball loh. finally we're trying overhand serve with little success as usual. this game is such a skill-based game that with so little practice, we will never be able to master it properly. though its the best game to cool off after a run because you virtually do nothing while watching the ball hit the ground alternately between both sides of the courts boo.

recess bball we got chased out by handball pe. went upstairs to find ocj and paul wenchong and sengteck presenting their re haha. some coolio solar panel and traffic light thingo la. so we couldnt start our eng compre in time (she wanted us to meet her earlier as we needed to finish an entire comprehension including the summary in one lesson) so we took up some of mr fong's time. well maths was transformation of graph, we completed the topic and we are now moving on to trigo finally.

ah then went for chem SPA at 1pm to 2pm. my stupid values are too off damn it. damn titration. i screwed up my first two readings loh. dunno wad happened to me.

then ate lunch.. i had a very big and muscular drumstick which i nicely traded with weehsuan's skinny one because i was very full =p i had leave royce alone because i needed to rush off for interviews with the np teachers! boo.

the interviews with mr teo and mr jee were relaxed i guess. din ask difficult questions. guess they're just trying to confirm things.

well for training today we had a lecture by neville about wonderful total defence for our silver badge. we're gonna need to do a proj =) rofl so fun npcc need to do presentation wor. well after that muster parade. we marched back from rjc quite interestingly i need to point out. hahahaaa nvm. sec 3s had to do a leadership profile thingo and after that we changed and zaoed to j8. they initially wanted pastamania but we went to ljs in the end. marc seth and ben left us for s11 tho. ljs combo 1 got 3 piece chicken now leh!! only during promotional period! haha they have this set of new meals which are grilled stuff. i din dare to try knowing ljs =pppp

ah then we headed to the wonderful playground with our wonderful merrygoround and the bubbletea shop. whee jason, matthew, hsien yao and woo chiao and gerald sportingly agreed to subjected to our treatment haha (some not very willingly la =p).. lol yay so funnn. we were turning them in one direction for a while and then abrupt stop and turn in the other! so shiok whee. i hoped no one puked though ><>< erm we must be really influential. ppl see us have so much fun also wanna try rofl. but quite dangerous loh. tsk.

well before tt i got my backbone checked after getting referred by the school health service team. queue slips and etc. in the end i just got referred to another doctor. appointment's date 26 sept which is like far away. ohoh i had x-ray leh! rofl. i changed into this sexy green gown loh. there were many sexy people around too rofl nvm. i had my body pressed against this metal thingo and ___ nothing happened and it was done. my first ever x-ray! and the cheek of the doctor which i went to see before and after the x-ray. i came back with my film and he forgot my name! "what's your name?" he's quite young la and another doctor who came in to get him to do a referral for some gal to "C&G" for "behavioral problems" (woah) looked like ms elaine quah haha.

im not very happy my height leh. grrrrrrrrr. i need to jump more argh. and i need to join the skipping club.

after that i went to borders and looked around. i so wanted to buy this haiku anthology. but it cost a freaking 31 bucks =(( i had to bring my youngest sister along so she was ratherr annoying. noisy bouncy things in bookshops are not very welcome haha. ate some stuff at coffee bean and then went to novena loh.

during physics today mrs tay took down all the major projects we had due this term and shes going to bring it up to the rest of the teachers yayy. most probably the deadlines some projs will be extended only loh. but the list is really bloody long. physics quiz was okayy ya.

but maths quiz was no way okay. im going to get 26.7% to 33.3% for it liao. i cant believe the FIRST ever test im gonna fail is maths. i know im not that smart but how can i fail! =( stupid r/f. i only did 1 out of 3 questions properly hmph. i borrowed ziyang's calculator and i din know how to use it >< rofl but i shall not blame my failure on this.

well tues chi was zuowen on the topic of love hahaha. well we couldnt finish it in class loh. english was observation for ms kuo! ms aruna johnson and mrs tan siok mui came.. we looked the speeches our schoolmates wrote and discussed them loh. there was the issue about originality contributing to credibility as some ppl just copied the structure of the speeches we've been studying this semester like the king's and mark anthony's speech. yea

wed yesterday was ri lecture. its an annual event where we spend one day listening to ex-rafflesians in the government make speeches related to the country. its basically part of the national education prog la. senior minister goh chok tong started it in 2000 so yea. this year mr bilahari kausikan a diplomat came to talk about the survival of a small state. hes some second permanent secretary with the ministry of foreign affairs. his speech was quite okay. but the questions ppl asked were really not okay. nvm.. haha

after the ri lecture we had two extra lessons requested by our teachers >< maths + english. maths went through single sum tvm and he gave back our r/f assignment + linear law quiz. hmm r/f quiz next week. well english was speeches by a few ppl. juanhe so pro haha! switch off the lights and walk around classroom talking abt hypocrisy yea. haha i dunno why but that lesson was rather heavy on discussions between us and her about hypocrisy first and some other stuff la.

after np yesterday only seth and i ate dinner. everyone went home to mug for chinese test >< and we submitted our interview forms for np.

today chi test was okayyy. relatively easy paper but couldnt finish. as usual im not going to do well lah. haha yea. ss was switzerland's multicultural stuff. maths was another observation period by mrs tan siok mui + ms jasmine chong head of maths. haha mr fong gelled his hair =p must tell him not to be so nervous. haha i overheard them saying "hes quite good".. ah then during english the teachers were saying "sakhar was good" =) okay chinese was going through new ke. then we had july birthday celebrations! our class rocks. every month also have. so this month got juanhe, gerald, alan and i. but alan not in sch! so sad.. yea.. and lit was speeches too + a small discussion before the lesson about how popiah, kueh tutu and the like tend towards equilibrium (soggy popiah or cold hard kueh tutu) and its interesting how they are enjoyed only when in disequilibrium (hot) >< bahness.
